Ambuja Neotia is one of the most respected company headquartered in Kolkata. The Company - with its strong forte in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, tutoring and Start-up incubation under the management of Shri Harshavardhan Neotia – has been responsible for landmark developments that define the skyline of Kolkata.

The unprecedented success of its earliest project ‘Udayan’, Kolkata’s first Condoville built on a Public-Private Partnership model, drew great attention and finally earned Shri Harshavardhan Neotia the honour of being bestowed with the Padma Shri in 1999.

‘Uttorayon’, was the group’s first township development in Siliguri which garnered much praise and attention for its exclusive model and scale. The continuous evolution by the Group has quite successfully misshapen the pastoral hamlet ‘Raichak on Ganges’ as Eastern India’s most versatile leisure destination.

Ambuja Neotia came up with the concept of “where work meets life” with its first commercial project - Ecospace in Rajarhat, Kolkata - which is a Green Construction certified by LEED. The group has transformed the concept of shopping malls by creating the ever-popular City Centre of Salt Lake.

The group also founded the cause of Women and Child Healthcare by location up ‘Bhagirathi Neotia Woman and Kid Care Centre’ in Kolkata and also setting up ‘Neotia Getwel Healthcare a multi-speciality clinic in Siliguri.

With a desire to pay to the advancement of education in Bengal, Ambuja Neotia established ‘The Neotia University’. Aligning with Startup India – an initiative of the Government of India, Ambuja Neotia set up ‘Neotec Hub’ - a Development Centre guiding bright and enthusiastic entrepreneurs.

Ambuja Neotia is known to pay special stress to design and aesthetics in a way that their developments are enduring and appealing as well as sustainable and viable for the future.
